Mash masquerade competition this weekend

The Mash Masquerade competition will be on at the Fort Wellington Secondary School Ground Sunday at 12 noon.

The judging criteria are set for the Mashramani Adult Calypso competitions and the judges’ decision is final.
Calypsonians will be judged in three categories, Lyrics 30 points; melody 30 points; rendition 30 points and presentation; 10 points. Under Lyrics, the judges will be looking for topic, composition and construction.
