Responding to Mr. Dorian Massay’s diatribe
DORIAN Massay, in a letter in the Kaieteur News dated January 21, 2007, and captioned ‘Stop these propaganda statements’, asked the question, ‘When did Guyana gain independence?’
Indeed, Guyana gained independence on May 26, 1966.
However, the reality is that Guyana had 24 years of dictatorial government.
