What about these projects?

Is the government looking for buses or a company to provide a bus service? Is the government making serious efforts to engage Indian companies in development projects in Guyana by inviting a delegation to see investment opportunities? Are they also doing the same with China, Israel, Canada? It is amazing how far China and India have come in a relatively short time. What happened to the MALAYSIA-based Petra Group announced project for a US$130M plan to develop plantations of Jatropha in Guyana and build a bio-diesel refinery? Did the government pursue this project? What is the status of several ethanol, oil refinery and bauxite projects in Berbice? Will the government keep us updated on a timely basis on announced projects?
