Time for some thinking

THE Stabroek News Editorial was negative to the PNC and to African Guyanese, according to Rickforde Burke, Oscar Clark and Tacuma Ogunseye.

The Stabroek News needs to write some (maybe one or two of its articles negative to the PNC) just to pretend that it is impartial.

Had the Stabroek News printed the same numbers of articles negative to the PNC as the negative articles printed on the PPP and the Government then the Stabroek News would surely be in a lot more trouble with Rickforde and Tacuma, not to mention Oscar.

Let’s see, Stabroek prints one article negative to PNC over 10 years and over 3,000 articles negative to the PPP and the Government over the same 10 years.

They (Oscar, Tacuma and Rickforde) are obviously amazed at the Stabroek News portraying the PNC in a negative way so they immediately, after only 1 (ONE) article being printed, they are ready to jump down De Caires’ throat.

De Caires, what IF you printed a lot more articles that are negative to the PNC?

Think about that for a second and about your freedom to print whatever you want (even IF it is highly critical of the Government, as is the case most of the time it).

As a guide, check out WHY your Newspaper let people comment on articles/letters then just “Moderated-out” certain letter-writers comments.
