Wanted man in killings gives himself up

Police say that Delroy Jack called ‘Pan Head’ of Buxton, East Coast Demerara, turned himself in to the police at Criminal Investigations Department (CID) Headquarters, Eve Leary, Georgetown, on Sunday.

Jack was wanted for questioning in connection with the 23 murders at Lusignan and Bartica.
A wanted bulletin had been issued for him.
