THE Police on the East Coast of Demerara are investigating the death of a 48-year-old man who reportedly crashed into a concrete post.

Dead is Sieuchrisn Sewdial of Lamaha Street, Newtown, Kitty, Georgetown.

The incident occurred at about 02:00 h. Investigations revealed that Sewdial was driving a motor car east along the East Coast when it is suspected that he lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a concrete post.
He died while receiving treatment, the Police said.
