THE driver of the mini-bus, BGG 9112, which was involved in a horrific fatal accident earlier this month on the Linden Highway which resulted in the death of ten persons, was yesterday charged with ten counts of causing death by dangerous driving.
The Police said an arrest warrant was issued for the driver, Mark Lewis of Amelia’s Ward, Linden by the court and the matter is now fixed for November 21, 2007.
