YOUNG Warriors will battle West Berbice in the Berbice Zone of the Neal & Massy National first division 40-over cricket competition continues this weekend with the final two preliminary rounds - the fourth today and the fifth tomorrow.

In today’s fourth round fixtures for Zone A (Canje/New Amsterdam/West Berbice), Young Warriors meet West Berbice at Cumberland under umpires Rafik Latif and Courtney Daniel; Rose Hall Community Centre clash with Police at Rose Hall with umpires Joseph Simon and Goonarine Rahdeo and Bermine come up against Blairmont Community Centre at Blairmont with Mahendra Singh and Gangapersaud Shivdyal umpiring.

Zone B (Corentyne) fixtures pit Port Mourant against Albion Community Centre at Port Mourant under umpires Samuel Whyte and Rajah Sukhra; Kildonan against Skeldon Community Centre at Kildonan with umpires Dindyal Somwaru and Mohamed Gafur and Rose Hall Town Courts against Viturn at Rose Hall Town with Clement Brusch and Jaipersaud Hardeo calling play.

In tomorrow’s fifth round fixtures for Zone A, West Berbice face Bermine at Bush Lot with Umpires Rajah Sukhra and Mahendra Singh, Rose Hall Community Centre meet Young Warriors at Rose Hall with Samuel Whyte and Courtney Daniels umpiring and Blairmont Community Centre clash with Police at Blairmont with umpires Rafik Latif and Goonarine Ramdeo.

Zone B fixtures have Albion Community Centre coming up against Viturn at Albion with umpires Clement Brusch and Jaipersaud Hardeo, Rose Hall Courts take on Kildonan at Rose Hall Town under umpires Joseph Simon and Marcel Davis and Skeldon Community Centre face Port Mourant at Skeldon with Somwaru and Mohamed Gafur umpiring.
